To make this delicious granola, you will need:
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instruction:
- Preheat the microwave oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add in the coconut oil and honey or maple syrup and stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
